What's the status of my order?
You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes it way to you. Email us at hello@indifarmer.co if you have any questions.
Can I make any changes to my order?
At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on indiefarmer.co. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
If you do not wish to keep a delivery, you are welcome to Return to Sender any unopened packages at no additional cost to you. Please email us at hello@indiefarmer.co if you send a package back to ensure you are refunded in a timely manner.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal (US, UK and Canada only), ApplePay, AfterPay (US Only), and ShopPay. We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental U.S.
We do not accept orders that are shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses and are not responsible for packages lost/damaged by a freight forwarding location.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We currently ship with DHL, FedEx 2-Day, USPS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $50 USD or more in the United States (pre-tax and shipping cost)
When will my order arrive?
All IndieFarmer orders, are processed within 1-3 business days – orders will then be shipped at the speed selected during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Kindly note, that all delivery timelines are subject to change by the shipper.
US Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery and expedited shipping requires 1-3 business days for delivery, after processing.
*Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email/phone will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated by the shipper.
What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is a shopping service (and app) that allows you to make a purchase today and pay for it later with four equal installments, every two weeks, interest-free. It's available on all orders $35 and above. It is only available in the United States.
How do I make a purchase using Shop Pay?
Shop for your favorites on IndieFarmer.co and proceed to checkout. At checkout simply choose Shop Pay as your payment method. Note: Orders must be between $35 and $1,000 in order to be eligible for Shop Pay.
What happens if I miss an Shop Pay payment?
If there are insufficient funds in your account and a payment is missed, you may be subject to late fees.
