How does the Smart App and personalized tools work?

We use your location, growing conditions, and preferences (soil type, space, climate, etc.) as input, then deliver data-driven advice to help you:

  • Pick plants most likely to thrive in your plot
  • Get reminders / alerts timed to your plant’s growth stages
  • Identify common pests or issues via Soil Sage when needed
Are your seeds organic / non-GMO?

Yes — all seeds are non-GMO, and we emphasize organic growing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available for orders over$50

How quickly will my order ship, and how is it delivered?

Once you place your order, we process it and ship via standard delivery services.

Processing time depends on inventory & location — we’ll aim to ship ASAP.

Transit time depends on your address.

What’s the return/refund policy?

We have a Shipping & Returns section; typical policies include:

  • Returned items must be in original condition
  • You may need to contact us within a certain time after delivery
  • Seeds are perishable, so exceptions may apply
What if my plants have pests, disease, or aren’t growing well?

The Soil Sage, our AI vegetable gardeningg assistant provides troubleshooting help via our Smart App. You can upload photos or descriptions, and we’ll guide you through identifying the problem (e.g., insects, fungus, nutrient deficiency) and how to correct it.
